Bangalore – Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to the hotel. After some rest, enjoy a relaxing Shikara Ride on the beautiful Dal Lake in the evening. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 2
Srinagar – Kargil
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Kargil via the scenic Sonamarg, Zoji La Pass, Drass Valley, Kargil War Memorial and Zero Point. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kargil.
Day 3
Kargil – Leh
After breakfast, proceed to Leh via Mulbekh, Lamayuru Monastery, Fotu La Pass, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Magnetic Hill. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 4
Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley

  • If a guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

  • If a refund is applicable, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.

    In case the trip is cancelled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.

• Srinagar: Pleasant during the day and cool at night.

• Leh, Nubra Valley & Pangong Lake: Cool during the day and cold in the mornings, evenings and nights, even in summer.

Carry:

Baggage:

Domestic flights generally allow 15 kg check-in baggage and 7 kg cabin baggage, subject to airline policy.
High Altitude: Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake are located at high altitudes. Mild headache, fatigue or breathlessness may occur during the first day. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol and get adequate rest.

Road Journey: Ladakh is a mountain destination with long scenic drives. Road conditions may vary due to weather, landslides or local authority restrictions.

Mountain Passes: This tour covers Zoji La Pass, Fotu La Pass, Khardung La Pass and Chang La Pass. Temporary road closures due to snowfall or maintenance are possible.

Camel Ride: Double-Humped Camel Ride at Hunder Sand Dunes is optional and not included in the tour cost.

Photography: Photography is permitted at most sightseeing places. Drone photography is prohibited in many defence-sensitive and protected areas.

Mobile Network: Postpaid SIM cards generally work in Ladakh. Most prepaid SIM cards issued outside Jammu & Kashmir have limited or no connectivity.

Oxygen: Portable oxygen cylinders can be arranged locally at an additional cost if required.

Walking: Moderate walking is involved at monasteries, memorials, lakes and sightseeing locations.

Shopping: Leh Market is famous for Pashmina shawls, Tibetan handicrafts, Buddhist prayer flags, apricot products, dry fruits and local souvenirs.
Tour Manager: An experienced Kannada-speaking Tour Manager will accompany the group throughout the tour.

Assistance: Guidance for hotel check-in, sightseeing, permits, local coordination and emergency support.

Wheelchair: Assistance will be provided wherever available. Wheelchair services are not included in the tour cost and are subject to local availability and additional charges.

Medical Emergency: The Tour Manager will assist in arranging medical help wherever possible. Medical treatment, evacuation and related expenses shall be borne by the guest.
