- Cancellation request is not accepted over phone or WhatsApp , Strictly by Email or in writing.
- Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
- In case the trip is cancelled by the management due to extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via Account Payee Cheque upon presentation of the Original provisional receipt.
- No additional compensation will be provided by the management.
