Depending upon the tour programs and size of group Air travel/2+2 A/C Coach/ Train journey. Mini coaches and Small vehicles in some places where there is no entry for large vehicles as per state rules.
Accommodation
1. Company selects hotels mostly at comfortable locations. Some of the hotels may be located in the cities or out of the city also to provide with comfortable hotels and reasonable prices. Guests are generally provided twin sharing accommodation in standard rooms. Third bed is a roll away mattress.
2. Guests are required to follow check-in and check-out time of respective hotels. In India tours /world tours
3. Room sharing on tour: If there are two/three single Guests travelling on the same tour and are ready to share a hotel room they can do so with each other's consent. The Company shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding or any incidence of missing items or any other such concerns
Health
It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & is well aware about the same that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who is medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/ or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment have gone into checkup hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and / or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention. The tourist(s) will have to make their own arrangement. Because of other members of the group may require his attention to follow the tour itinerary. The Shree Mallikarjuna Travels shall not be responsible for any lack of attention on the tour.
Baggage allowances
Do not bring blankets and bedding. And valuable things are not recommended
Baggage's at all times –the baggage at the airport, during any air travel/in coaches in any train journey, at immigration points etc. and in all circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger
Baggage should be 15kg per person in domestic flight tour package & 30kg per person International flight tour package .if baggage which exceeds 15kg / 30kg per person are charged extra from airlines as per there airlines norms for that extra charges are the sole responsibility of the passenger
Reservation Criteria
Passengers are requested to book seats well in advance (Minimum 60 days) to ensure confirmed reservation for all tours to avoid last minute compromises. At our Head Office, branches or with our agents. By paying In demand draft / favor of SHREE MALLIKARJUNA TRAVELS, payable at concerned branches in person or sending by post i.e.50% Advance per seat for Central India Tours & North India Tours along with enclosing required documents photo copy to Registration form.
Payment of the registration amount paid at the time of booking, is nonrefundable and interest free. And that shows the Guest is interested in going for the tour. All the services like travel tickets, visas, hotel accommodation etc. shall be confirmed only on receipt of the full and final payment as per the guidelines given in the brochure
Guest signature on the tour booking form clearly indicates that she/he has accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the brochure. Also, in case if a single Guest is signing a booking form on behalf of the entire family, it means that the person signing is authorized by other members and they will abide by the terms and conditions.
Criteria for operating a group tour there must be minimum 20 Guests booked on the same tour and the same date. In an event of cancellation of tour because of non-fulfilment of minimum criteria, Guests shall be intimated in advance through SMS, telephone or email.
Fare & Fare Quote
Fare includes depending upon the size of the group and tour program to and fro air fare, or 2nd class sleeper train ticket fare ,deluxe A/C bus fare ,south Indian food, accommodation for family in standard hotels, toll fee, parking charges, all entrance fees to the temple and monuments, conveyance charges like jeep, rickshaw Unless Mentioned in Inclusions.
Fares are excluded, taxes / service tax (may be levied by Government of India to the date of booking and applicable on date of travel shall be charged. any other tax raised by independent contractors like airlines which are to be paid by the Guest as per actuals.
Fare excludes Services / Charges not mentioned in the itinerary such as coolie, other conveyance charges other than our vehicle, such as boat, helicopter, horses, pony, city bus, ridding, sledge, food during train journey, mineral water, air condition, room heater, tips, excess baggage, travel insurance or any other expenses of personal in nature.
Child fare for 2 to 11 years will be 50% off adult fare without seat / 75% adult fare will be with seat. It is mandatory to carry the age group of children 0 to 11 years and as well along with other documents.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Guest -If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
In case the trip is cancelled by the management for extra ordinary reasons, all the amount paid by the participants will be refunded by account payee cheque on presenting original provision receipts .
No refund will be payable for any missed sightseeing place of tour / or unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest. Cancellation & refund rules will also apply to those who have booked the seats less than the Below specified period.

45 to 31 days - 50% ,
30 to 15 days -75%
15 to 0 days -100% Percentage of cancellation charges per person.
Guest's liability and responsibility
Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
Guests should get briefing about the tour packages from us before / after the booking to avoid any confusion.
Guests are expected to keep in mind the convenience of co-travelers and avoid behavior, act, language which may offend / disturb the tourists.
Guests are expected to adhere to the schedule / timing / instructions given by the tour escort for the smooth operation of tour.
Shree Mallikarjuna Travels reserves the rights to
üAs rights to Give admission to any person for any tour or cancel the booking / registration of any of the guest after acceptance of the payment but prior to Commencement of the tour, without assigning any reason. In such event Shree Mallikarjuna Travels shall only refund the payment received from the guest for the tour.
As rights to Terminate the booking / registration during tour if the guest is not following the group decorum of the tour or misbehaves or without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event, no refund or compensation shall be paid to the guest and he/she shall have to bear and pay the expenses for his return travel.
As rights to Amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour including its services, flight route etc. Advertised or published. If it is deemed advisable / necessary without assigning any reason. If tour is cancelled, amount paid by the guest will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential losses suffered.
Management holds a right to make change in departure dates, departure time, and tour itinerary before or after tour booked / during the tour due unavoidable circumstances with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will advise you of this amendments prior the tour departure or on tour. In this event no grievances regarding any itinerary or service changes will be entertained from the guest during tour or after the tour.
At Management's discretion as rights to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition set forth in this Brochure for the smooth conduct of the tour.
Liability and Responsibility of the Shree Mallikaruna Travels
We are basically travel, tour and holiday organizer only we do not have control or operate any airlines are any other mode of transport like, Railway, Motors, Buses, Coaches etc. we also do not own or control on any hotel, transports or any other facilities maintained we take at most care in selecting hotels, coaches, buses for making your holiday or tour comfortable one.

The passenger who is travelling against advice of physicians the Shree Mallikarjuna Travels shall not be responsible if any damage caused.
Hotel / Bus operator has the right to claim the any damages caused by the guests during the journey / stay at the hotel and we are not responsible for that losses.
Cost of additional services availed by the guests which are not part of the package are to be settled directly to the service provider.
During the tour adequate precaution will be taken by the owner and accompanying tour manager. However the Shree Mallikarjuna Travels is not responsible for any loses / responsibilities / claims for delay, change of program, missed connection, political disturbances, strike, war, natural calamities, bund,
NOTE: we can buy or arrange helicopter tickets only upon your prior request only from authorized agents or operators which is a 3rd party purchase. Which attract excess amount than the actual cost of the helicopter tickets to confirm helicopter tickets on your behalf due to heavy demand for the helicopter seats than the capacity available. And In case of any cancellation of helicopter tickets for nonoperating or weather conditions / technical reasons the cancelation charges as per the helicopter company norms the excess amount will not be refunded which is behind our control in such then they are not entitled to claim the refund /Compensation for the same.
Jurisdiction For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours operated, marketed / coordinated by Shree mallikarjuna travels, the courts in Bangalore shall alone have jurisdiction and the laws of Republic of India shall apply.
Feedback / Complaints are taken in tour regarding entire arrangements of booking, conducting of tour etc., in which you have participated for further improvement / incorporation to our existing services and patron of conducting tour, for the benefits of your next tour with us / coming package.
