Itinerary

Day 1
Bangalore – Varanasi ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು – ವಾರಣಾಸಿ
Today, as planned, we will depart for Varanasi on our flight. We will arrive at Varanasi Airport and then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Rest until noon. After lunch, we will begin local sightseeing, visiting Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, BHU, Durga Mandir, and Manasa Devi Mandir. In the evening, we will witness the Ganga Aarti before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Large coaches are restricted from entering Varanasi between 7 AM and 9 PM by local authorities, so we will use smaller vehicles like cruisers for airport transfers.

Due to the narrow roads in Varanasi, large vehicles cannot reach all destinations comfortably. For your convenience, we will arrange e-rickshaws for local sightseeing on a sharing basis, depending on the group size.

Day 2
Varanasi ವಾರಣಾಸಿ
Early in the morning, freshen up at the hotel. Begin your day by visiting the Kala Bhairava Temple. Afterward, head to the Ganga Ghat for a holy dip in the river. Perform the pinda pradhan ritual at Maa Ganga River, then enjoy breakfast. Take a boat to visit the Kashi Vishwanatha Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, and Annapurna Temple. After completing your darshan, return to the boat and embark on a tour of the ghats. Return to the hotel for lunch. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city and enjoy shopping at your own pace. Conclude your day with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3
Varanasi – Bodhgaya – Gaya. ವಾರಣಾಸಿ – ಬೋಧಗಯಾ – ಗಯಾ
Today, after breakfast, we will head to Bodh Gaya. Once we arrive, we will check into the hotel. After lunch, we will explore the local sights, including the Mahabodhi Temple, the 80 Feet Buddha Statue, the Thai Temple, and the Japanese Temple. After our tour, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4
Gaya – Varanasi ಗಯಾ – ವಾರಣಾಸಿ
Early morning, after freshening up, proceed to Gaya. Visit Vishnu Padha and Palguni Nadi. Pilgrims wishing to perform rituals for their ancestors, such as the Pindha Pradhana ceremony at Vishnupada, can do so within the given time. After the rituals, return to the hotel in Bodhgaya for breakfast. Then, start the return journey to Varanasi, reaching by evening. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5

Early in the morning, after freshening up, we will proceed to Allahabad. En-route, we will have breakfast. Upon arrival, we will visit Triveni Sangam and the Hanuman Temple. Later, we will continue our journey to Ayodhya, expecting to reach by evening. Upon arrival, we will check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Note :
Visiting Triveni Sangam in Allahabad will be done by boat on a sharing basis depending on the group size. Those wishing to take a holy dip at the Sangam should note that there are no changing rooms available for either males or females, so they should make their own alternative arrangements.
ಅಲಹಾಬಾದ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ರಿವೇಣಿ ಸಂಗಮಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ಗುಂಪಿನ ಗಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ದೋಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಪುರುಷರು ಅಥವಾ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
Day 6
Ayodhya – Lucknow-Bangalore ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆ – ಲಕ್ನೋ – ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು
Early in the morning, we will proceed to Ayodhya for local sightseeing. We will visit the Sarayu River, Ram Mandir, and Hanuman Temple. Later in the day, we will proceed to Lucknow Airport for our return flight to Bangalore.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

  • If a refund is applicable, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.

    In case the trip is cancelled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.

Best Time to Visit:

October to March: Ideal season with pleasant weather for temple visits, sightseeing and spiritual activities.
November to February: Best time to experience the Ganga Aarti, Triveni Sangam and Ayodhya in comfortable weather.
July to September: Monsoon brings occasional rain, and some ghats, boat rides and sightseeing may be affected depending on river conditions.
April to June: Summer can be very hot, with temperatures often exceeding 40°C. Early morning temple visits are recommended.

Carry: Original Government Photo ID, comfortable footwear, personal medicines, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, light cotton clothing (summer), light woollen clothing (winter), mobile charger and power bank.

Weather: Expect cool mornings and evenings during winter, while summers are generally hot and dry.

Baggage: Domestic flights generally allow 15 kg check-in baggage and 7 kg cabin baggage, subject to airline policy.
Varanasi: Large coaches are restricted within the city during certain hours. Smaller vehicles and shared E-Rickshaws will be used wherever required.

Boat Ride: Boat rides at Varanasi Ghats and Triveni Sangam are arranged on a shared basis depending on the group size.

Pinda Pradhana: Rituals at Vishnupad Temple are optional and can be performed as per individual requirements. Ritual expenses and priest charges are not included.

Holy Dip: Changing rooms are generally not available at Triveni Sangam. Guests planning a holy dip should make their own arrangements.

Walking: Moderate walking is involved at temples, ghats, Bodh Gaya and local sightseeing places.

Temple Visits: Follow local customs, queue systems and photography regulations wherever applicable.
Tour Manager: An experienced Kannada-speaking Tour Manager will accompany the group throughout the tour.

Assistance: Guidance for hotel check-in, sightseeing, temple visits, local coordination and emergency support.
