If a guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
In case the trip is cancelled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.
