Cancellation Policy – South India & North India Tours

Cancellation Period                           Cancellation Charges 

0 to 15 days prior to departure        100% of the Tour Cost 
15 to 30 days prior to departure       75% of the Tour Cost 
31 to 45 days prior to departure       50% of the Tour Cost 
46 to 365 days prior to departure     25% of the Tour Cost or ₹10,000/-, whichever is higher 

Cancellation Policy – International Tours

 0 to 30 days prior to departure         100% of the Tour Cost 
30 to 60 days prior to departure        75% of the Tour Cost 
61 to 90 days prior to departure        50% of the Tour Cost 
91 days to 365 prior to departure      25% of the Tour Cost 

Note: Visa fees, flight tickets, travel insurance, special hotel deposits, permits, and other non-refundable charges are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted separately, wherever applicable.

Cancellation Request & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email  to shreemallikarjunatravels7001@gmail.com​​
• Cancellation request is not accepted over phone or WhatsApp , Strictly by Email or in writing.
• Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
•  In case the trip is cancelled by the management due to extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via Account Payee Cheque upon presentation of the Original provisional receipt.
• No additional compensation will be provided by the management.
• Please allow 7 to 10 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
