Important Note:
To operate this tour with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:
- You can choose to move to the next available tour date
- You may switch to another tour of your choice on a same date / different date.
- You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.

If a guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
In case the trip is cancelled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.

ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ನಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೂಲ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ರಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಖಾತೆದಾರರ ಚೆಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
