To operate with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of
20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is
less:
· You can choose to move to the next available tour date.
· You may switch to another tour of your choice on a Same date / different date.

can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are
not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in
such scenarios.

Documents Required for Travel:

proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.

For
adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
·
For
children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
·
For
infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.
Booking Process & Information:

Tour
advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is
recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.

Tour
booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

Cancellation
Policy:

If
the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application
along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation
charges apply as follows:

In
case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full
refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the
original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be
provided by management
