Important Note:
To operate with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:
1. You can choose to move to the next available tour date.
2. You may switch to another tour of your choice on a Same date / different date.
3. You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.
Sepical Instructions and Do and Don’ts:
1. Clothing:
o Summer: (March to June) Lightweight and breathable clothes like cottons are ideal for the hot weather. Long sleeves and pants can protect from the sun.
o Winter: (November to February) Carry layers such as sweaters or jackets for cooler mornings and evenings. A shawl or scarf can be handy.
o Monsoon Season: (July to September)Pack a compact umbrella or a raincoat for sudden showers.
o Wear modest and respectful attire, especially when visiting temples. Traditional clothing such as sarees for ladies and dhotis for men are recommended.
2. Footwear:
o Comfortable walking shoes or sandals suitable for walking on uneven surfaces and through crowded areas.
3. Personal Care:
o Hand sanitizer and wet wipes for hygiene.
o Personal medications for common ailments like headaches, colds, and upset stomachs.
o First-aid kit with basic essentials.
4. Miscellaneous:
o A small backpack or bag to carry essentials during sightseeing.
o Local currency and small denominations for easy transactions.
o Carry Small Umbrella.

Documents Required for Travel:
· ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.
o For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
o For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
o For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.
Cancellation Policy: If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
o D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/-
(whichever is more). In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued
via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional
