Day 1 : Bangalore - Mysore

The group assembles at 7:00 AM and departs for Mysore. On arrival, visit the sacred Chamundi Hills and seek blessings at Goddess Chamundeshwari Temple. Continue to the Mysore Zoo, one of India’s finest. After lunch, explore the royal Mysore Palace Museum and the majestic St. Philomena’s Church. In the evening, witness the spectacular musical fountain show at the illuminated Brindavan Gardens. Overnight stay at Mysore.

Day 2 : Mysore to Coorg

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Coorg. En route, enjoy an unforgettable experience at Dubare Elephant Camp (optional elephant rides & seasonal river rafting). Next, explore Kaveri Nisargadhama, an island formed by the river Cauvery. Visit Bylakuppe, South India’s largest Tibetan settlement, home to the peaceful Golden Temple. On arrival at Coorg, check into the hotel. In the evening, relax at the scenic Raja’s Seat viewpoint. Overnight stay at Coorg.

Day 3 : Coorg- Bangalore

After breakfast, proceed to Talakaveri, the sacred birthplace of the river Cauvery. En route, visit Bhagamandala Bhagandeshwara Temple and the confluence at Triveni Sangama. Return to Madikeri to explore the Omkareshwara Temple and the stunning Abbey Falls. Later, continue the return journey to Bangalore, arriving by 8:00 PM with unforgettable group memories.

Important Note:
To operate with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:
1. You can choose to move to the next available tour date.
2. You may switch to another tour of your choice on a Same date / different date. 3. You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.
Documents Required for Travel: ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.
o For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
o For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
o For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.
Booking Process & Information:
 Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.
 Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

Payment Terms:
 Guests should make a 50% advance payment by Cheque, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS in favor of "Shree Mallikarjuna Travels" along with a duly filled registration form and required documents. The balance payment must be completed 20 days before departure.
 A convenience charge of 1.8% applies to debit/credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:  If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
o D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.
o D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).
In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management

ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅವರು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದೊಳಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂಲ ರಸೀದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ರದ್ದತಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ:
ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 0 ರಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 100%.
ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 75%.
ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 31 ರಿಂದ 45 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 50%.
ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 46 ರಿಂದ 365 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 25% ಅಥವಾ ರೂ. 10,000/- (ಯಾವುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚೋ ಅದು).
ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಅನ್ವಯವಾದರೆ, ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ 5 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿ.

ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೂಲ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ರಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಖಾತೆದಾರರ ಚೆಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
