Itinerary
Day 1 : Bangalore – Varanasi
Today, as planned, we will depart for Varanasi on Flight No.. We will arrive at Varanasi Airport by and then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Rest until noon. After lunch, we will begin local sightseeing, visiting Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, BHU, Durga Mandir, and Manasa Devi Mandir. In the evening, we will witness the Ganga Aarti before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Note:
1. Large coaches are restricted from entering Varanasi between 7 AM and 9 PM by local authorities, so we will use smaller vehicles like cruisers for airport transfers.
2. Due to the narrow roads in Varanasi, large vehicles cannot reach all destinations comfortably. For your convenience, we will arrange e-rickshaws for local sightseeing on a sharing basis, depending on the group size.
Day 2 : Varanasi
Early in the morning, freshen up at the hotel. Begin your day by visiting the Kala Bairava Temple. Afterward, head to the Ganga Ghat for a holy dip in the river. Perform the pinda pradhan ritual at Maa Ganga River, then enjoy breakfast. Take a boat to visit the Kashi Vishwanatha Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, and Annapurna Temple. After completing your darshan, return to the boat and embark on a tour of the ghats. Return to the hotel for lunch. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city
and enjoy shopping at your own pace. Conclude your day with an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : Varanasi – Bodhgaya – Gaya.
Today, after breakfast, we will head to Bodh Gaya. Once we arrive, we will check into the hotel. After lunch, we will explore the local sights, including the Mahabodhi Temple, the 80 Feet Buddha Statue, the Thai Temple, and the Japanese Temple. After our tour, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Note: Large coaches are not allowed for sightseeing. For your convenience, we will arrange erickshaws for local sightseeing, shared based on the group size.
Day 4 : Gaya – Varanasi
Early morning, after freshening up, proceed to Gaya. Visit Vishnu Padha and Palguni Nadi. Pilgrims wishing to perform rituals for their ancestors, such as the Pindha Pradhana ceremony at Vishnupada, can do so within the given time. After the rituals, return to the hotel in Bodhgaya for breakfast. Then, start the return journey to Varanasi, reaching by evening. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Note: If performing rituals like Pindha Pradhana at Vishnupada Temple is additional, & adhere to local customs and timings provided by your tour manager.
Day 5 : Varanasi- Allahabad – Ayodhya.
Early in the morning, after freshening up, we will proceed to Allahabad. En-route, we will have breakfast. Upon arrival, we will visit Triveni Sangam and the Hanuman Temple. Later, we will continue our journey to Ayodhya, expecting to reach by evening. Upon arrival, we will check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Note: Visiting Triveni Sangam in Allahabad will be done by boat on a sharing basis depending on the group size. Those wishing to take a holy dip at the Sangam should note that there are no changing rooms available for either males or females, so they should make their own alternative arrangements
Day 6 : Ayodhya – Lucknow-Bangalore
Early in the morning, we will proceed to Ayodhya for local sightseeing. We will visit the Sarayu River, Ram Mandir, and Hanuman Temple. Later in the day, we will proceed to Lucknow Airport for our return flight to Bangalore.
Note: Large coaches are not permitted for sightseeing. For your convenience, we will arrange erickshaws for local sightseeing, shared based on the group size.

  • Important Note:

           To operate this tour with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:
    •  You can choose to move to the next available tour date.
    •  You may switch to another tour of your choice on a Same date / different date.
    •  You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.

    Important Note:

    •  Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may revise at any time during the tour with or without notice, depending on the exigencies of occasion.
    •  Management accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connection, strike, weather condition, war, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused, all such causes and expenses must be borne by the tourist. All terms and conditions subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

    Documents Required for Travel:
           ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.
    •  For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
    •  For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
    •  For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    •  Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.
    •  Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation Policy:

     If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    •  D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).
    •  In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management

    Sepical Instructions and Do and Don’ts:

    1. Clothing:

    •  Summer: (March to June) Lightweight and breathable clothes like cottons are ideal for the hot weather. Long sleeves and pants can protect from the sun.
    •  Winter: (November to February) Carry layers such as sweaters or jackets for cooler mornings and evenings. A shawl or scarf can be handy.
    •  Monsoon Season: (July to September)Pack a compact umbrella or a raincoat for sudden showers.
    • Wear modest and respectful attire, especially when visiting temples. Traditional clothing such as sarees for ladies and dhotis for men are recommended. 

    2. Footwear:

    •  Comfortable walking shoes or sandals suitable for walking on uneven surfaces and through crowded areas.

    3. Personal Care:

    •  Hand sanitizer and wet wipes for hygiene.
    •  Personal medications for common ailments like headaches, colds, and upset stomachs.
    •  First-aid kit with basic essentials.

    4. Miscellaneous:

    •  A small backpack or bag to carry essentials during sightseeing.
    •  Local currency and small denominations for easy transactions.
    •  Carry Small Umbrella.
    •  Don’t carry Blankets ,pillows, Meal plates, coffee glasses

    5. Respectful Attire:

    •  Modest clothing for visiting temples and religious sites. This includes covering shoulders and knees for both men and women.

    6. Water:

    •  Carry a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
