Day 1 : ARRIVE GUWAHATI ಗುವಾಹಟಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ
Arrive at Guwahati airport and Move to the hotel, After breakfast visit the Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hills – a seat of the tantric cult in India and one of the 108 Shakti Pithas in the country and Shankardeva Kalakshetra – a cultural centre with a fine exposition of the life and culture of the people of Assam and Balaji Temple. Evening takes an evening cruise on the mighty river Brahmaputra at its own cost. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Note: It is advised to reach by 10 am if you wish to cover both sightseeing spots in Guwahati. Temple doors remain open for devotees from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The river cruise depends upon availability, water level, and river conditions.

Day 2 : GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA ಗುವಾಹಟಿ - ಕಾಜಿರಂಗ
After Breakfast, proceed for Kaziranga National Park – a World Heritage Site and Tiger Reserve, covering an area of 430 Sq km. It is the home to more than 80% of the world's Rhino population. En-route visit Orchidarium at Tipi. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 3 : JUNGLE ACTIVITY AT KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK ಕಾಜಿರಂಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಂಗಲ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ
Early morning Elephant ride at own cost (5.30-6.30 a.m. / 6.30-7.30 a.m.) in the Central / western range of the park then back to resort and have breakfast, afternoon proceed for an exclusive jeep safari (2.30 p.m. onwards) in the central range. Overnight Stay at Kaziranga.

Note: Kaziranga is officially open from 1st November to 30th April. Safari from 1st May to 30th October is limited to a few kilometers and is subject to flood situations.

Day 4 : KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK – SHILLONG ಕಾಜಿರಂಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ - ಶಿಲ್ಲಾಂಗ್
Today morning you will check out from the hotel and move to Shillong (288km) - known as the ‘Scotland of the East’. En-route you will visit the largest manmade lake of Northeast India – Umium Lake – you can opt for some thrilling water sports in the lake. Evening leisure time Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 5 : EXCURSION TO CHERRAPUNJI ಚಿರಾಪುಂಜಿಗೆ ವಿಹಾರ
After a delicious breakfast, get ready for an exciting trip to Cherrapunjee, located about 56 kilometers from Shillong. Visit the awe-inspiring Elephant Falls, where the water cascades down in a stunning display of nature's grandeur. In Cherrapunjee, explore the mysterious Mawsmai Cave, witness the breathtaking Mawsmai Falls, and be captivated by the beauty of Seven Sisters Falls. Marvel at the mighty Nohkalikai Falls, visit Thankarang Park, and discover the tranquil charm of Koh Ramhah.
Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Today's adventure's places takes you to two remarkable destinations. First, visit the pristine village of Mawlynnong, renowned as the cleanest village in Asia. Take a leisurely stroll through its charming lanes, admiring the well-maintained surroundings, and witness the living root bridge, a fascinating example of nature's engineering. Next, drive to Dawki, where the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River await you. Enjoy a delightful boat ride, marveling at the transparency of the water and the mesmerizing landscapes. After this enchanting experience, return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

    • The Tour Manager reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural calamities, or operational reasons while ensuring the best possible tour experience.
    • Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator shall be borne by the guest.

    Documents Required for Travel:
    ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.

    • For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
    • For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
    • For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    Booking Process & Information:
    Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises. Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.     Important Note:
    To operate this tour with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:

    • You can choose to move to the next available tour date
    • You may switch to another tour of your choice on a same date / different date.
    • You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.

    • Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may revise at any time during the tour with or without notice, depending on the exigencies of occasion.
    • Management accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connection, strike, weather condition, war, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused, all such causes and expenses must be borne by the tourist. All terms and conditions subject to Bangalore jurisdiction. 
Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

  • 46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

  • If a refund is applicable, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.

    In case the trip is cancelled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.

  • ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 0 ರಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 100%.

  • ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 75%.

  • ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 31 ರಿಂದ 45 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 50%.

  • ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ 46 ರಿಂದ 365 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ನಿವ್ವಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಬೆಲೆಯ 25% ಅಥವಾ ರೂ. 10,000/- (ಯಾವುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚೋ ಅದು).

  • ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಅನ್ವಯವಾದರೆ, ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ 5 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿ.

    ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೂಲ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ರಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಖಾತೆದಾರರ ಚೆಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
