Itinerary
Day 1 : ARRIVE GUWAHATI
Arrive at Guwahati airport and transfer to the hotel. After breakfast visit the Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hills – a seat of the tantric cult in India and one of the 108 Shakti Pithas in the country and Shankardeva Kalakshetra – a cultural centre with a fine exposition of the life and culture of the people of Assam and Balaji Temple. Evening takes an evening cruise on the mighty river Brahmaputra at its own cost. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Note: It is advised to reach by 10 am if you wish to cover both sightseeing spots in Guwahati. Temple doors remain open for devotees from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The river cruise depends upon availability, water level, and river conditions
Day 2 : GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA
After Breakfast, proceed for Kaziranga National Park – a World Heritage Site and Tiger Reserve, covering an area of 430 Sq km. It is the home to more than 80% of the world's Rhino population. En-route visit Orchidarium at Tipi. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 3 : JUNGLE ACTIVITY AT KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning Elephant ride at own cost (5.30-6.30 a.m. / 6.30-7.30 a.m.) in the Central / western range of the park then back to resort and have breakfast, afternoon go for an exclusive jeep safari (2.30 p.m. onwards) in the central range. Overnight at Kaziranga.

Note: Kaziranga is officially open from 1st November to 30th April. Safari from 1st May to 30th October is limited to a few kilometers and is subject to flood situations.
Day 4 : KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK – SHILLONG
Today morning you will check out from the hotel and drive to Shillong (288km) - known as the ‘Scotland of the East’. En-route you will visit the largest manmade lake of Northeast India – Umium Lake – you can opt for some thrilling water sports in the lake. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 5 : EXCURSION TO CHERRAPUNJI
After a delicious breakfast, get ready for an exciting trip to Cherrapunjee, located about 56 kilometers from Shillong. Visit the awe-inspiring Elephant Falls, where the water cascades down in a stunning display of nature's grandeur. In Cherrapunjee, explore the mysterious Mawsmai Cave, witness the breathtaking Mawsmai Falls, and be captivated by the beauty of Seven Sisters Falls. Marvel at the mighty Nohkalikai Falls, visit Thankarang Park, and discover the tranquil charm of Koh Ramhah.
Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.
Notes: Visit to Shillong Peak is subject to operation.
Day 6 : EXCURSION TO DAWKI - MAWLYNNONG
Today's adventure takes you to two remarkable destinations. First, visit the pristine village of Mawlynnong, renowned as the cleanest village in Asia. Take a leisurely stroll through its charming lanes, admiring the well-maintained surroundings, and witness the living root bridge, a fascinating example of nature's engineering. Next, drive to Dawki, where the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River await you. Enjoy a delightful boat ride, marveling at the transparency of the water and the mesmerizing landscapes. After this enchanting experience, return to Shillong for an overnight stay.
Day 7 : SHILLONG – GUWAHATI DEPART
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey

    • Pan Card is not accepted as ID proof by the authorities / hotels.
    •  A list mentioning the Name Age & Gender of all traveler
    •  In case of Child (below 18 Years) or couple traveling where there is no ID proof of wife, a written declaration must be given by the parents / husband.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    •  D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.
    • D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.
    • D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

    In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management.

    What to Carry

    1.Clothing:

    •  Winter (October to March): Light woolens, jackets, warm clothing, and thermal wear for higher altitudes.
    •  Monsoon (June to September): Waterproof clothing, raincoats, and quick-dry clothes.
    •  Summer (April to June): Light cotton clothes, hats, and sunglasses.

    2.Footwear:

    • Comfortable walking shoes or trekking boots.
    •  Waterproof shoes or sandals for the monsoon season.

    3.Essentials:

    • Travel Documents: ID proofs, permits for Arunachal Pradesh (Inner Line Permit).
    •  Medical Kit: Basic first aid, personal medications, insect repellent.
    • Toiletries: Sunscreen, moisturizer, hand sanitizer, wet wipes.
    •  Electronics: Camera, power bank, chargers, and adapters.
    •  Backpack: A sturdy backpack for day trips.

    Special Items for Specific Locations

    Travel Tips

    Safari seating arrangement:

    •  Elephant Safari - Please note Elephant safari is on per seat basis and not individual hiring Jeep Safari -1 jeep accommodates 6 persons and can be hired individually.
    •  Incase Elephant Safari is not possible, we will offer one of the below alternative
    •  Additional Jeep Safari in another Range of Kaziranga National Park OR Boat ride to view river Dolphins OR We will refund the amount back to your account.
    •  Guests with adventurous mind should travel to Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh is very remote place, so all hotels in this region are basic to very very basic. Road conditions     from Bhalukpong to Tawang are not good.
    •  Room heaters may not work in Arunachal Pradesh due to voltage fluctuations.
    •  In this region there are no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads and congestion of traffic.
    • Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying BSNL (GSM) connections.
    • Credit Cards / Travellers cheque are not freely accepted.
    •  En- route to Tawang, there is Sella Pass at 13,700 ft. The area has low oxygen and may cause High altitude sickness, nausea, shortness of breath etc.
    •  If guests have health problems like blood pressure, asthama, & heart related issue etc. kindly advise them to consult their doctors
    • Kindly carry appropriate medicines as they will not be available easily
    • From Tawang a day visit to China Border is possible for Indian Nationals only but it is subject to permission. Local vehicle will have to be hired to visit China Border. The process of procuring permit to visit China border requires at least one of the guest members to visit the DC's office the previous day for certain formalities. Permission is on the discretion of the officials. Sometimes there may be last moment cancellation even after getting permission as the region is a high security zone. DC's office remains closed on Saturday & Sunday.
    • National Parks remain open only from 1 November - 30 April 2025. In May Safari will be closed.
    • We are not responsible for cancellation of safari.
    • Many place have 3 Star equivalent as highest property
    • No star rated category is available in Arunachal Pradesh, interior region of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya. Best available (subject to availability) will be provided.
    • All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs
    • The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
    • Many accommodations will have basic facilities compared with other regions. Please note that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavor.
    •  Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby.
    •  Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
    • For large groups, all rooms in one hotel may not be available. Moreover, if two or more hotels are selected, identical facilities may not be available even between rooms of the same tariff.
    • The clients will have to adjust to these conditions. We will try our best to maintain similarity.
    •  In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour.
