Itinerary
Day 1 : Bangalore – Lepakshi – Mantralaya
Departure from our office premises in Bangalore is at 6.30 AM. En-route, breakfast will be served. Visit the Veerabhadra Temple at Lepakshi and explore the Nandi paintings. Proceed to Mantralaya and arrive by evening. Check into the hotel in Raichur for an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Mantralaya – Srisailam
After breakfast, visit Raghavendra Swamy Mata and then continue to Srisailam. Reach Srisailam by evening, check into the hotel, and stay overnight.

Note;Please adhere to the dress code for Mantralayam and Srisailam temples.
Day 3 : Srisailam – Mahanandi
Early in the morning, proceed for darshan at Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Visit Pathala Ganga by Rope way. experience the ropeway offering breathtaking views of Srisailam Dam and surrounding hills. Return to the hotel for lunch and then head to Mahanandi. Visit the Nandishwara Temple and stay overnight in Nandyala.
Day 4 : Mahanandi – Ahobilam
After breakfast, visit Mahanandi Temple. Proceed to Ahobilam, which is divided into three parts, each with unique temples dedicated to Lord Narasimha Swamy:

1. Lower Ahobilam: Includes temples like Chatravata Narasimha and Yogananda Narasimha, easily accessible without many steps. Nearby, the Prahlada Varadar temple is also accessible without steps.

2. Middle Ahobilam: Features temples such as Pavana Narasimha and Bharghava Narasimha. Access to these temples involves a 1.5-hour jeep ride followed by a 250-meter walk and climbing over 100 steps. Entry is permitted until noon on weekdays and until 3 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, subject to forest officials' discretion.

3. Upper Ahobilam: Includes temples like Ahobila (Urga) Narasimha, Varaha Narasimha, Malola Narasimha, and Jwala Narasimha. To reach these temples, you must trek approximately 6 km, involving climbing many steps, rocky paths, and water crossings.
Overnight stay at Ahobilam.
Day 5 : Ahobilam – Yaganti – Bangalore
After an early breakfast, proceed to Bangalore. En-route, visit the Uma Maheshwara Temple at Yaganti. Reach Bangalore by the end of the day.

  • Important Note:

    To operate this tour with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:

     · You can choose to move to the next available tour date.

     · You may switch to another tour of your choice on a same date / different date.

    · You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.

    Documents Required for Travel:

        ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.

    •  For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
    •  For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.
    •  For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    Booking Process & Information:

    •  Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid lastminute compromises.
    •  Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation Policy:

        If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    •  D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.
    •  D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

          In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management

    Accommodation:

                 In the tour to Mantralayam, Srisailam, Ahobilam, and Nandyal, there are limited hotel options available, and there are no luxury hotels in these locations. Our aim is to ensure you have a comfortable and decent stay despite this limitation.

    Note:     For Middle and Upper Ahobilam, a jeep service is available for the initial part of the journey. After the jeep ride, you will need to walk and climb to reach the temples. The jeeps Entry is allowed only until 12 noon on weekdays and until 3 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, subject to forest officials' discretion. Jeep cost approx 500/-INR. If you need assistance in Upper Ahobilam, a Doli service is available, costing approximately INR 4000-5000 per person.

    Special Instructions for the Tour:

    1. Travel Essentials:

    •  Torch or flashlight for early morning or late evening walks.
    •  A small backpack for daily excursions.

    2. Dress Code:

    •  For Mantralayam and Srisailam Temples: Wear traditional attire. Men should wear dhoti and women should wear saree or salwar kameez.
    •  For other temples: Modest clothing is recommended. Avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, and short skirts.

    3. Footwear:

    •  Wear comfortable walking shoes for trekking and temple visits
    •  Ensure your footwear is easy to remove for temple entry.

    4. Medical Needs:

    •  Carry any personal medication.
    •  A basic first aid kit for minor injuries or ailments.

    5. Cash:

    •  ATMs may be limited in some areas, so carry sufficient cash for expenses.

    6. Weather-appropriate Clothing:

    •  Light cotton clothes for summer.
    •  Warm clothes for evenings and early mornings in cooler months.

    7. Photography:

    •  Follow temple rules regarding photography. In many temples, photography is prohibited inside the sanctum.
