Itinerary
Day 1 : Bangalore - New Delhi
Depart from Bangalore to Delhi by flight. Upon arrival in Delhi, proceed to Haridwar by road. Upon arrival check into hotel and overnight stay.


Day 2 : Haridwar
After Breakfast Visit Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi Temples & Evening Attend Famous Ganga Arti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Note: Haridwar Local Sightseeing: Will be done through auto-rickshaw on a sharing basis based on group size as larger vehicles are not allowed. Mansa Devi ropeway ticket is at an additional cost.
Day 3 : Haridwar - Barkot
After breakfast, drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. Upon arrival in Barkot, check into the hotel for a night halt.
Day 4 : Barkot - Yamunotri – Barkot
Drive to Phool Chatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (7kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arr. Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warn water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Hanumanchatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel

Note: Yamunotri Trek: Approx Pony Cost: 7,500/- to 8,000/- INR, Doli Charges: 10,000/- INR.
Pilgrims interested in taking a bath in the hot Kund at Yamunotri should carry an extra set of clothes
Day 5 : Barkot - Uttarkashi
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, visiting the Vishwanath Temple upon arrival. Check into the hotel for a night halt.
Day 6 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi
Proceed to Gangotri, enjoying the picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River, and the magnificent view of the Himalayas en route. After Darshan at Gangotri, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay
Day 7 : Uttarkashi – Sitapur
Early morning drive to Sitapur, with a stop at Tehri Lake. Check into the hotel upon arrival for an overnight stay.



Day 8 : Sitapur - Kedarnath – Sitapur
Drive to Gaurikund early in the morning and start the 18 km trek to Kedarnath by foot or hire a pony or Doli. Alternatively, book a helicopter service for Kedarnath Darshan at an additional cost. After Darshan at Kedarnath Temple, return to Sitapur for an overnight halt.

Note: Approx Pony Cost 7,500/- to 8,000/-INR, Dolli Charges 15,000/-INR. Helicopter Bookings can be booked by following link https://www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in/ before yatra. Pls confirm the dates before booking the tickets.

Vehicle from Sitapur to Gauri kund / Helipad will be arranged at additional cost. (Subject to availability).
Day 9 : Sitapur
This day is reserved for flexibility. It can be used for a comfortable journey or as a backup day for Kedarnath Darshan in case of bad weather affecting helicopter services. Alternatively, it can be used for rest or optional tours.

Day 10 : Sitapur - Pipalkoti
After breakfast, drive to Pipalkoti via Guptkashi. Check into the hotel upon arrival for a night halt.

Day 11 : Pipalkoti – Badrinath – Pipalkoti.
Depart early in the morning at 3 AM to Badrinath via Joshimath. Upon arrival, take a holy bath in the hot springs and have Darshan at Badrinath Temple. Those interested can perform rituals for their ancestors. Visit Mana village before returning to Pipalkoti for an overnight stay.

Note: Badrinath Temple: Pilgrims interested in taking a bath in the hot Kund at Badrinath Temple should carry an extra set of clothes.
Day 12 : Pipalkoti –Rishikesh – Haridwar
After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh for local sightseeing, including Ram Jhulla, Laxman Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Parmarth Niketan, Shivananda Ashram, and Gita Kutir. Proceed to Haridwar for an overnight stay.

Note: Rishikesh Local Sightseeing: Will be done through auto-rickshaw on a sharing basis based on group size as larger vehicles are not allowed.
Day 13 : Haridwar - Delhi – Bangalore
Proceed to Delhi. And reach delhi board a flight to Bangalore.

  • Important Note:
    To operate with South Indian chefs and a tour manager, we require a minimum of 20 passengers traveling on the specified date. If the number of passengers is less:

    • You can choose to move to the next available tour date.

    • You may switch to another tour of your choice on a Same date / different date.

    • You can opt for a full refund of the amount paid for this booking. Note that we are not liable for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you in such scenarios.

    • Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may revise at any time during the tour with or without notice, depending on the exigencies of occasion.

    • Management accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connection, strike, weather condition, war, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused, all such causes and expenses must be borne by the tourist.     Documents Required for Travel:

    • ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour.

    • For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.

    • For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID.

    • For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    Booking Process & Information:

    • Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.

    • Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    • D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person.

    • D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person.

    • D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person.

    • D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

    In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management

    Special Instructions

    1. Health Preparation:

    • Ensure you are physically fit for the journey, especially for treks and high-altitude travel.

    • Carry any necessary medications and a first-aid kit.

    2. Weather Conditions:

    • Be prepared for unpredictable weather. The region can experience sudden changes in climate.

    • Pack accordingly, including warm clothes, rain gear, and sturdy shoes.

    3.Altitude Sickness:

    • To prevent altitude sickness, ascend gradually and stay hydrated drink plenty of water take water bottle..

    4.Trekking and Darshan:

    • Carry necessary trekking gear, including comfortable shoes, walking sticks, and ponchos.

    • Follow local guidelines and instructions for Darshan procedures.

    What to Carry

    1. Clothing:

    • Warm clothes, including thermal wear, sweaters, and jackets.

    • Raincoat or poncho and an umbrella.

    • Comfortable trekking shoes and extra socks.

    • Modest clothing suitable for temple visits (women should carry sarees or long skirts, and men should have dhotis or long pants).

    2. Personal Items:

    • Personal hygiene products, including toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and hand sanitizer.

    • Sunscreen, lip balm, and moisturizers.

    • Towels and handkerchiefs.

    •  A small bag for carrying essentials during treks.

    3. Health and Safety:

    •  First-aid kit with essential medications, including those for altitude sickness, pain relief, and digestive issues.
    •  Water bottles and water purification tablets.
    •  Snacks and energy bars for the trek.

    4. Security and Safety:

    •  Follow instructions from security personnel and UTDB authorities. Tour Manager’s without question.
    •  Stay within designated routes and avoid straying off the marked paths.

    5. Connectivity:

    •  Limited Internet: Internet connectivity can be sporadic. Postpaid connections from BSNL, Airtel, and Jio work best in Chardham Uttarkhand and surrounding areas.

    6. Cash and ATMs:

    •  Limited Availability: ATMs are available in Chardham, but it’s advisable to carry enough cash for remote areas where card payments might not be accepted.
