Itinerary
Day 1 : Bangalore - New Delhi
Today as planned, we will depart for Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, transfer to the hotel for check-in. After freshening up, visit Raj Ghat, Red Fort, (Akashardham Temple is Closed on Monday.)

India Gate, Lotus Temple, and Qutub Minar. After lunch, visit Akshardham Temple and return to the
hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Delhi - Katra
Early morning, after freshening up, proceed to Katra (650 kms) passing through Ambala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and Pathankot. Reach Katra by night. Check into the hotel and stay overnight.

Note: The arrival time in Katra may vary due to traffic congestion, roadblocks, and diversions
Day 3 : Katra
After breakfast, proceed to the Registration Counter to register and collect the RFID based Yatra Access Card for the Vaishno Devi Yatra. Start the trek from Banganga (Trek starting point) to Vaishno Devi Temple, which is approximately 13 kilometers and takes 4-6 hours to complete on foot. Alternatively, you can opt for a horse or pony ride. Helicopter service is also available with prior looking required. Return to Katra for an overnight stay.

Note: Charges for Doli 5,000/- to 8,000/-, Pony 1,500/- to 3,000/- Approx Cost, or Helicopter are extra and not included in the tour cost. Helicopter bookings can be made through the Shrine Board's official website http://www.maavaishnodevi.org/ or app.
Day 4 : Katra - Srinagar
Early breakfast, then proceed from Katra to Srinagar via Udhampur, Kud, Patnitop, Jawahar Tunnel, and Banihal. Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Note: During the Yatra season, traffic jams and roadblocks are unpredictable. Vehicle movement is subject to Army discretion for pilgrim safety.
Day 5 : Srinagar
After breakfast, visit Sri Shankaracharya Temple, Mughal Gardens, and enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening, covering Nehru Park and the Floating Market. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Note: The parking for Shankaracharya Temple is 2 km away. You can walk or hire an auto-rickshaw
at an additional cost. Local sightseeing in Srinagar is done via Tempo Traveler on a sharing basis due to restrictions on large coaches.
Day 6 : Srinagar - Sonmarg / Baltal
Proceed from Srinagar to Sonmarg if traveling by helicopter, or to Baltal if traveling by walk or pony. Overnight stay in Sonmarg or Baltal.
Day 7 : Baltal - Amarnath Caves
pilgrims traveling by helicopter, depart from Neelgarh Helipad to Panjtarni Helipad. Proceed to Holy Amarnath Caves by walk, pony, or doli (5 kms). After darshan/puja, return to Panjtarni Helipad and board the helicopter back to Baltal. Overnight stay in Baltal.

Note: Charges for Doli, Pony 8,000/- to 15,000/-, or Helicopter are extra and not included in the tour cost. Helicopter bookings can be made through the Shrine Board's official link. https://jksasb.nic.in/onlineservices/auth_pages/heli/agreeme_heli.html

At Amarnath Basecamp, cooking is not allowed, so pilgrims should avail food from Langars available at the basecamp.
Day 8 : Baltal - Srinagar
Proceed to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 9 : Srinagar - Katra
After breakfast, proceed to Katra. Arrive in Jammu Katra, check into the hotel, and stay overnight
Day 10 : Katra- Amritsar
Proceed to Amritsar. Upon arrival, visit the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. In the evening, visit the Wagha Border for the Indo-Pak Border ceremony. Return to Amritsar for an overnight stay.
Day 11 : Amritsar – Delhi
After Breakfast Proceed to Delhi Airport for our return to Bangalore at 10:30PM.

  • IMPORTANT Note:-

    To operate this tour with south Indian chefs & tour manager we required a minimum 20 passengers travelling at the particular date. If we get less number of passengers as mention above. Then you will have to opt for any one of the below options.

    • You can also move to next available date for same tour.
    • You may switch to any other tour as per your choice of date.
    • You can take full refund of amount paid by you towards this booking.

    Important Note: Amarnath Yatra Registration is Mandatory for Pilgrims To ensure a smooth registration process for the Amarnath Yatra, pilgrims must submit the following documents at the time of booking:

    •  Aadhar Card: Both sides of the Aadhar Card in soft copy format should be sent via WhatsApp.
    •  Photograph: A passport-sized photograph of the pilgrim in soft copy format should be sent via WhatsApp.
    •  Medical Certificate: A compulsory medical certificate is required for the Amarnath Yatra. Please request the specific format and details on how to obtain this certificate from us.
    •  Pregnant Women and Individuals aged above 70 years & below 12yrs are not allowed to participate in the yatra.

    Documents Required for Travel:

    • ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour. 
    • For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License. 
    • For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID. 
    • For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    Booking Process & Information:

    • Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.
    • Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation Policy:

            If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit.Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    • D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

    In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management .

    Special Instructions:

    1. Registration and Permits:

    • Carry your Yatra Permit and Identity Proof (original ID) at all times during the journey.

    2. Health and Fitness: 

    • The yatra involves trekking at high altitudes. Ensure you are physically fit to undertake the journey Carry essential medications for altitude sickness, headaches, and any personal medical conditions.

    3. Clothing and Footwear:

    • Wear sturdy trekking shoes with good grip to navigate the uneven terrain.
    •  Layer clothing to adjust to varying temperatures; carry warm clothing as nights can be cold.

    4. Security and Safety: 

    • Follow instructions from security personnel and SASB authorities. Tour Manager’s without question. 
    • Stay within designated routes and avoid straying off the marked paths.

    5. Connectivity: 

    • Limited Internet: Internet connectivity can be sporadic.
    • Postpaid connections from BSNL, Airtel, and Jio work best in Jammu & Kashmir and surrounding areas.

    6. Cash and ATMs:

    • Limited Availability: ATMs are available in Amarnath Base camp, but it’s advisable to carry enough cash for remote areas where card payments might not be accepted.

    What to Carry:

    1. Essentials: 

    • Yatra Permit (Registration Slip) and valid ID proof (original).
    • Personal medications and first aid kit. 
    • Water bottles and hydration packs to stay hydrated.

    2. Clothing:

    • Warm clothing (jackets, sweaters, thermal wear) suitable for cold weather.
    • Raincoat or poncho in case of rain.

    3. Footwear: 

    • Sturdy trekking shoes with good grip.
    • Extra pair of comfortable socks.

    4. Miscellaneous: 

    • Torchlight with extra batteries.
    • Personal toiletries and hygiene essentials.

    What Not to Carry:

    1. Valuables: 

    • Avoid carrying expensive jewelry or valuables. 
    • Minimize cash and opt for electronic payment methods if possible.

    2. Non-Essential Items:

    • Heavy backpacks or unnecessary items that add to your load. 
    • Electronic gadgets that may not function well in high-altitude conditions.
