Itinerary
Day 1 : Bangalore - Srinagar
On Arrival at Srinagar Transfer to Hotel same day a Shikara ride in Dal Lake covering Nehru Park and Char Chinar.evening back and medium-term remain at Srinagar Hotel.
Day 2 : Srinagar - Sonmarg / Neelgarh / Baltal
Proceed. From Srinagar to Sonmarg/ Neelgrath/ Baltal .Arrive. at Sonmarg/ Neelgrath/ Baltal. Later proceed to Tented accommodation (at your cost). Overnight stay Srinagar
Day 3 : Baltal - Amarnath Caves
Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Dep. from Neelgarh (Helipad) to Panjtarni (Helipad). Later Proceed to Holy Amarnath Caves by Walk/ Pony/ Doli (5 Kms.). After Darshan / Pooja at the Holy Cave, return to Panjtarni (Helipad) to board Helicopter back

Note: Amaranath Doli / Pony , Helicopter charges will be extra, not included in the Tour Cost.(Doli/pony -8,000/- to 15,000/-, Helicopter- 8,000/- to 10,000/- , will be the Approx Cost.)
Day 4 : Baltal - Srinagar
Procced to Srinagar. Arrive at Srinagar & check into Hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 5 : Srinagar
After breakfast, visit Sri Shankaracharya Temple, Shalimar Gardens, Chasmashahi Gardens, Nishat Bagh Gardens Evening transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 6 : Srinagar -Bangalore
Proceed to Srinagar Airport and board a flight to Bangalore.

  • IMPORTANT Note:-

    To operate this tour with south Indian chefs & tour manager we required a minimum 20 passengers travelling at the particular date. If we get less number of passengers as mention above. Then you will have to opt for any one of the below options.

    • You can also move to next available date for same tour.
    • You may switch to any other tour as per your choice of date.
    • You can take full refund of amount paid by you towards this booking.

    Important Note: Amarnath Yatra Registration is Mandatory for Pilgrims To ensure a smooth registration process for the Amarnath Yatra, pilgrims must submit the following documents at the time of booking:

    •  Aadhar Card: Both sides of the Aadhar Card in soft copy format should be sent via WhatsApp.
    •  Photograph: A passport-sized photograph of the pilgrim in soft copy format should be sent via WhatsApp.
    •  Medical Certificate: A compulsory medical certificate is required for the Amarnath Yatra. Please request the specific format and details on how to obtain this certificate from us.
    •  Pregnant Women and Individuals aged above 70 years & below 12yrs are not allowed to participate in the yatra.

    Documents Required for Travel:

    • ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and must be carried during the tour. 
    • For adults: Voter's ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License. 
    • For children: Passport, Aadhar Card, or School ID. 
    • For infants: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate.

    Booking Process & Information:

    • Tour advance booking starts 180 days prior to departure. Early booking is recommended to avoid last-minute compromises.
    • Tour booking closes 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation Policy:

            If the guest decides to cancel the tour, they must submit a written application along with the original receipt within the specified time limit.Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    • D-0 to 15 days prior to departure: 100% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-15 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-31 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of Net Tour Price per person. 
    • D-46 to 365 days prior to departure: 25% of Net Tour Price or Rs. 10,000/- (whichever is more).

    In case the trip is canceled by management for extraordinary reasons, a full refund will be issued via account payee cheque upon presentation of the original provisional receipt. No additional compensation will be provided by management .

    Special Instructions:

    1. Registration and Permits:

    • Carry your Yatra Permit and Identity Proof (original ID) at all times during the journey.

    2. Health and Fitness: 

    • The yatra involves trekking at high altitudes. Ensure you are physically fit to undertake the journey Carry essential medications for altitude sickness, headaches, and any personal medical conditions.

    3. Clothing and Footwear:

    • Wear sturdy trekking shoes with good grip to navigate the uneven terrain.
    •  Layer clothing to adjust to varying temperatures; carry warm clothing as nights can be cold.

    4. Security and Safety: 

    • Follow instructions from security personnel and SASB authorities. Tour Manager’s without question. 
    • Stay within designated routes and avoid straying off the marked paths.

    5. Connectivity: 

    • Limited Internet: Internet connectivity can be sporadic.
    • Postpaid connections from BSNL, Airtel, and Jio work best in Jammu & Kashmir and surrounding areas.

    6. Cash and ATMs:

    • Limited Availability: ATMs are available in Amarnath Base camp, but it’s advisable to carry enough cash for remote areas where card payments might not be accepted.

    What to Carry:

    1. Essentials: 

    • Yatra Permit (Registration Slip) and valid ID proof (original).
    • Personal medications and first aid kit. 
    • Water bottles and hydration packs to stay hydrated.

    2. Clothing:

    • Warm clothing (jackets, sweaters, thermal wear) suitable for cold weather.
    • Raincoat or poncho in case of rain.

    3. Footwear: 

    • Sturdy trekking shoes with good grip.
    • Extra pair of comfortable socks.

    4. Miscellaneous: 

    • Torchlight with extra batteries.
    • Personal toiletries and hygiene essentials.

    What Not to Carry:

    1. Valuables: 

    • Avoid carrying expensive jewelry or valuables. 
    • Minimize cash and opt for electronic payment methods if possible.

    2. Non-Essential Items:

    • Heavy backpacks or unnecessary items that add to your load. 
    • Electronic gadgets that may not function well in high-altitude conditions.
